Omnivore is the essential platform for young cuisine based in France and publishes a magazine three times a year in the form of a Mook. Photographs shown below are part of a report about Mariko Leveillé, a young woman in the very masculin “saké” world.

I had the chance to spend some times with her during her return at the Hanatomoe brewery in the mountains of Yoshino, where she brewed her first vintage nihonshu.
