Bocuse d’Or

The World Cooking Competition is one of the most prestigious world gastronomy competitions, created by the French chef Paul Bocuse in 1987 in Lyon. The first prize in this competition is the Bocuse d'or, a name often used to designate the competition.

The organizers wanted to see what was going on behind the scenes, so I was given a carte blanche as white as an apron to report backstage
